con·spic·u·ous — standing out, very noticeable

This was a branding project for a small barber in Kansas City called Conspicuous Barber. The client was known by word of mouth and through instagram but wanted to create a brand not only to promote his shop but also because there weren’t a lot of lifestyle products for barbers. There were fun t-shirts available for geeks of all types, but not so much for barbers. The client wanted to add educational content (e.g., videos showing how to do specific cuts, straight razor shaves, etc.) as his business grew. He was also looking into branded equipment, like clippers. I created a logo system for him as well as various t-shirt designs.
